What we collect when you visit revzyn.com or work with us, why we collect it, and how you stay in control of it. Written in plain language on purpose.

01Who we are

Revzyn ("we", "us") runs managed LinkedIn content and outbound for B2B founders. We are based in India. For the personal data described here, we are the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), and the data controller for the purposes of the EU and UK GDPR where those laws apply to you.

02What we collect

When you visit the website:

  • Technical data such as your IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed and time of visit, collected by our hosting provider and our analytics tools.
  • Business identification data. We use RB2B, a website visitor identification service, which may match a visit to publicly available professional information such as your name, job title, company and LinkedIn profile URL.

When you book a call:

  • Your name, email address, and any answers you give in the booking form, collected through Cal.com.

When you become a client:

  • Contact and billing details, information about your business, your ideal clients and your offer.
  • Access to your LinkedIn account, shared through a password manager so we never see or store your actual password.
  • Information about the prospects we contact on your behalf, taken from their public LinkedIn profiles and the conversations we have with them.

03How we use it

  • To run and improve the website and understand which pages are useful.
  • To identify companies that may be a fit for our services and, where appropriate, reach out to them on LinkedIn or by email.
  • To schedule and hold strategy calls.
  • To deliver our services to clients: writing content, running outreach, booking calls and reporting results.
  • To send invoices, meet legal and tax obligations, and protect against fraud or misuse.

We rely on your consent where the law requires it, on the performance of our contract with you, and on legitimate uses permitted by law, such as responding to a request you made. We do not sell personal data.

04Who we share it with

We only share data with service providers that help us run the business, under terms that require them to protect it:

  • Vercel hosts the website.
  • RB2B identifies businesses visiting the website.
  • Cal.com handles call bookings.
  • Google Fonts serves the website's fonts, which shares your IP address with Google.
  • LinkedIn, when we post and message on a client's behalf.

Some of these providers are based outside India, including in the United States, so your data may be processed there. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

05Cookies and tracking

The website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies, mainly through RB2B, to recognise returning visitors and identify the businesses behind visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work if you do.

06How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected. Website and lead data is kept for up to 24 months. Client data is kept for the length of the engagement and up to 12 months after, unless we need to keep records longer for legal, tax or accounting reasons. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Ask us to correct, complete or update it.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Withdraw consent you have given, at any time.
  • Object to us contacting you. Just reply "stop" to any message and we won't contact you again.
  • Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to (DPDP Act).
  • Complain to a regulator. In India this is the Data Protection Board of India. In the EU or UK, it is your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, email us at the address below. We'll reply within 30 days.

08Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data, including access only through password managers, limited access for our team, and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

09Other details

Children. Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes. If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated to clients directly.
